About Me


Rick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in individual and child/family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Greenwood, Indiana.

With over 15 years experience as a mental health counselor, and as a graduate of The Seattle School and Theology and Psychology focusing in gestalt and cognitive-behavioral therapy, he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of focus are depression, anxiety and trauma issues.

In addition to being a skilled relational therapist, Rick has experience working in psychiatric hospitals, school-based settings and with at-risk youth.

Rick is an interactive relationally-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
